2 Free Rescheduling Policy
While payments are non-refundable, we understand schedules change. You can freely reschedule your booked conversation to any other available slot up to 2 hours before your scheduled start time directly from your confirmation email or by contacting us.
3 Technical Failure / Host Cancellation
In the rare event that a session cannot take place due to an issue on Hu Dhaval's side or platform technical failure, a replacement session or full refund will be processed immediately upon request.
